Principle

Competitive Enzyme linked immunoassay (ELISA)

 

Reagents

Coated microwells: 96 microwells (3x8 wells x 4) are coated with monoclonal antifT4 antibody.

Standards: fT4 standards with desired concentration for calibration.

Free T4 HRPO Conjugate Diluent.

Free T4 HRPO Enzyme Conjugate Concentrate (20X) Substrate: Solution containing Tetramethyl benzidine (TMB) and hydrogen peroxide.

Ready to use.

Wash buffer: Buffer containing surfactants (20X).

To be diluted 20 times with distilled water or deionized water.

Stop solution: Diluted Sulphuric acid.
