Positive Control: Dengue positive serum reactive to Dengue IgG antibody.
Washing Concentrate (20X): Buffer containing Surfactants.
Enzyme Conjugate: Goat anti-human IgGHRPO conjugate.
To be diluited 50 times with conjugate diluent.
Conjugate diluent: Buffered solution containing stabilizing proteins and preservatives.
Ready to use. Substrate: Solution containing Tetremethyl benzidine (TMB) and hydrogen peroxide.
Ready to use. Stop Solution: Diluted acid.
