Description of C8/SCX SPE Mixed Mode Cartridge

C8/SCX SPE mixed mode cartridge is a kind of mixed-mode sorbent for extracting basic compounds, normally it is used for drugs and metabolites from physiological fluids.

The functional group of C8/SCX is composed of the octyl group and the sulfonic acid group bonded in proportion, and has a dual retention effect: the octyl group provides a medium hydrophobic effect, and the sulfonic acid group provides a strong cation exchange effect.

Applications of Mixed Mode C8 SCX SPE Cartridge

• Performs best in the extraction of alkali compounds.
