QuEChERS D-SPE Kits also called dispersive-SPE, is a sample preparation technique that has recently become more popular in the area of multi-residue pesticides in food and agricultural products.

QuEChERS purification tube includes adsorbent, anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and corresponding 2mL and 15mL centrifuge tubes.

The Dispersive is the further purification of equal organic compounds, not like the traditional way of using SPE tubes, What we call dispersive SPE is facilitated by mixing bulk amounts of SPE with extract, after sample cleanup, the mixture was centrifuged and supernatant which can directly either be analyzed or be subjected to minor to do next to treat before analyst.
