Description of Spherical NH2 Flash Column

Spherical NH2 Flash Column has good retention for compounds which be capable of forming hydrogen bonds. The mobile phase water content with a slight effect on the flash chromatography reaction and ideally separation efficiency can be guaranteed.

Applications

Ideally for the purification of compounds mixed with basic properties.

When activated with non-polar solvents such as n-hexane, it can hydrogen bond with any molecule containing -OH, -NH, or -SH groups; in a water-based environment, pH <7.8, it can be used as a weak anion exchanger. NH2 filler matrix silica gel has an average particle size of 45 μm, an average pore diameter of 60Å, a pore volume of 0.80 cm3/g, and a specific surface area of 480 m2/g.
