Description
MCA-205/GFP cells are derived from the mouse fibrosarcoma cell line MCA-205 by stably integration of a constitutive GFP expression construct. MCA-205 cell line has been widely used for studying tumor-reactive T lymphocytes, the most critical requirement for adoptive immunotherapy. MCA-205/GFP cell line stably expresses GFP, is an excellent model for studying the immune responses to tumor cells and for developing targeted cancer immunotherapies in vitro and in vivo.
