Hawach QuEChERS sorbent removes all matrix interfering materials including polar organic acids and sugars proteins. Different sorbents to help remove complex matrices from your sample. Like C18 sorbent removes non-polar inferences like fats then PSA sorbent can remove polar inferences including organic acids and sugars. Black graphitized can remove pigments such as chlorophyll and carotenoids effectively.
