Applications	ELISA, Western blotting, Dot Blotting, Immunogen, Protein Array, Function Assay, etc. Using the Renilla Lucifearse assay kit (Promega), the measured net Relative Light Unit (RLU) was approximately 5 X 1010 / ug of enzyme.
