Lentiviral RFP-miR-shRNA cloning vector (UBC, Puro) is a third generation lentiviral vector, with UBC promoter to drive TurboRFP and miR-shRNA coexpression and PGK promoter to drive selection marker puromycin expression. This vector is compatible with both 2nd and 3rd generation packaging systems.

Clone your miR-shRNA into the Lentiviral RFP-miR-shRNA cloning vector (UBC, Puro), then co-transfect with selected Lentivirus Packaging System into packaging cells, such as HEK293T cells to produce lentivirus. Lentivirus transduced cells can be selected by puromycin to generate stable cell lines.
