Lentiviral Cloning Vector (CMV,EF1a-Neo) is a third generation lentiviral vector, with CMV promoter to drive your target gene expression and EF1a promoter to drive selection marker neomycin. This vector is compatible with both 2nd and 3rd generation packaging systems.

Clone your promoter and gene of interest into the Multiple Cloning Sites (MCS), then co-transfect with selected Lentivirus Packaging System into packaging cells, such as HEK293T cells to produce lentivirus. Lentivirus transduced cells can be selected by neomycin to generate stable cell lines.
