Lentiviral vector-CMV, Hyg-2A-GFP contains  Multiple Cloning Sites (MCS) downstream of the CMV promoter, and hygromycin/GFP driven by the PGK promoter as a selection marker/reporter. Clone your gene of interest into the MCS, then co-transfect with EZ-LentiPACK Packaging System into packaging cells, such as 293T to produce VSV-G pseudotyped lentivirus. Transduced stable cells can be selected by hygromycin or sorted with GFP fluorescence.
