Description
This cell line is engineered to constitutively overexpress human FCGR2A(131R), and luciferase reporter gene under the control of NFAT response element. This cell line can be used to evaluate ADCP (antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis) activity of antibodies in the presence of corresponding target cells.
