Description
The Firefly Luciferase (fLuc) mRNA is designed to produce high expression level of FireFly Luciferase which is commonly used in mammalian cell culture to measure both gene expression and cell viability. The incorporation of N1-methylpseudouridine can reduce the immunogenicity of the resulting mRNA.
