Description of Ion-Exchange SAX SPE Cartridge

SAX SPE cartridge is a silica-based quaternary ammonium bonded phase, which is always positively charged in the full pH range and has a strong anion exchange capacity. SAX cartridge is very suitable for extracting weakly acidic compounds, such as carboxylic acids.

Hawach SAX cartridge is a strong anion exchange that has a strong anion exchange column and is especially suitable for the extraction of carboxylic acids and other weak acids. The chemically bonded phase extracts negatively charged compounds from aqueous and non-aqueous solutions. The amino group can block the interaction between the carbon chain and the compound of the functional group, the selectivity can be adjusted by selecting different buffers.
