ENZYME SOURCE | TriAltus hGH is human recombinant protein produced from E. coli in soluble form purified using our CLiM technology. 

EC50 (half-maximal effective concentration) | ~0.2 ng/mL measured by a cell proliferation assay using 32D-rGHR cells . 

ENDOTOXIN | <0.1 EU/ug by rFC method (Arvys Proteins Inc.)

STORAGE/SHIPPING CONCENTRATION | 10-25 ug sizes are supplied at 200ug/mL in PBS. Larger sizes are lot-specific and bottled at the concentration indicated on the vial.

TriAltus’ recombinant human growth hormone (hGH) is used for a broad range of non-therapeutic research purposes. hGH is produced from E. coli in soluble form and purified using our CLiM technology. hGH is mostly insoluble, but the CL7 tag increases its solubility and avoids the need to purify from inclusion bodies.
