4T1 cell line was derived from mouse mammary gland tumor. It has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. 4T1/GFP-firefly luciferase (CMV) stable cells express GFP-firefly luciferase under the control of the CMV promoter. These cells can be used for in vitro cell model and in vivo small-animal imaging.
