Ramos.2G6.4C10/Luciferase cells are derived from the human Burkitt lymphoma B lymphocyte cell line Ramos.2G6.4C10 through stable integration of a constitutive firefly luciferase expression construct. Ramos.2G6.4C10 cells are selected for low constitutive CD23 expression and strong IL-4-induced CD23 upregulation. This cell line provides a sensitive and selective system for measuring IL-4 activity and is suitable for studying IL-4 receptor signaling, CD23 regulation, B-cell activation, and immunomodulatory compounds. Ramos.2G6.4C10/Luciferase cells stably express Firefly luciferase and can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
