Procedure:
Rabbits were immunized with E-tag peptide
conjugated with KLH. After multiple
immunizations in Freund’s adjuvant, serum was
collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinitypurified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase.

Host:
Rabbit

Format:
Liquid. Affinity-purified antibody at 1.0 mg/mL in
PBS, pH 7.2, with 0.1% sodium azide.

Storage:
Store at 4°C.

Applications and Suggested Dilutions:
Immunofluorescence: Use at 1.0 – 4.0 µg/mL.
Western blot: Use at 0.2 – 1.0 µg/mL.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
