PLGA-PEG-MAL, Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)-b-poly(ethylene glycol)-maleimide is a biodegradable functional amphiphilic block copolymer.The PEGhydrophilic is capped a maleimide group, and the PLGA hydrophobic blockterminates with a hydroxyl group.PLGA-PEG-MAL can self assemble into PLGA core/PEG shellpolymeric micelles.Maleimide on the micelle surface can conjugate withpeptides, antibodies, proteins and others which contain Thiol groups on thesurface.
