Round cell culture dishes, especially Tissue Culture (TC) treated dishes, are widely used in labs for cell growth. TC-treated surfaces improve cell attachment and growth making them ideal for adherent cells, the round shape provides an even distribution of cells and nutrients, promoting consistent growth. When working with small volumes of cells or media, round Petri dishes are easy to handle and observe, they work well with microscopes designed for round dishes.
