PH stability: 1.5-10.0

C1 HPLC Column (also called trimethylsilyl silane bonded columns) is produced by the matrix from ultrapure silica-based packing materials under auto-packing techniques and with column features of higher column efficiency. The C1 binding type is stable down to pH 1.5 and the inner packing sorbents are available in pore sizes of 120 Å with 5 µm particle sizes.

1. HPLC C1 column is suitable for hydrophilic, strong polarity, and other samples which are hard to be separated on reversed-phase and normal-phase columns.
2. Reversed-phase mode can be used for the separation of hydrophobic peptide and protein.
3. Normal-phase mode can be used for the separation of high-polar compounds.

Advantages

  • Excellency pH stability
  • Excellent separation efficiency for polar compound samples.
  • Perfect peak shape and column retention for polar compounds.
  • Super pure silica gel was used as the matrix ensured stable quality.
  • Excellent peak symmetry and efficiency for basic compounds compared to the non-end-capped columns.

Features of C1 HPLC Column

  • The special advantage is reversed phase to do hydrophobic peptide and protein samples separation.
  • The special advantage of reversed-phase normal-phase mode for the separation of highly polar compounds.
  • It is especially useful for separating samples that are highly polar, hydrophilic, or difficult to separate on normal phase HPLC column
  • Reversed-phase and analytical format HPLC column.
  • The special optimal choice for non-polar solutes separation.
  • Better column efficiency and tailing are provided.
  • Perfect separation efficiency is provided with different dimensions.

Applications

  1. HPLC C1 columns are suitable for hydrophilic, strong polarity, and other samples which are hard to be separated on reversed-phase and normal-phase columns.
  2. High polar compounds separation in the normal phase
  3. The normal-phase mode can be used for the separation of highly polar compounds.
  4. Separation of proteins samples and hydrophobic polypeptide in reverse phase
  5. The reversed-phase mode can be used for the separation of hydrophobic peptide and protein.
