Lentiviral sgRNA Cloning Vector (U6, Neo) is a third generation lentiviral vector, with U6 promoter to drive your target sgRNA expression and PGK promoter to drive selection marker neomycin. This vector is compatible with both 2nd and 3rd generation of packaging systems.
Clone your sgRNA into the Lentiviral sgRNA Cloning Vector (U6, Puro), then co-transfect with selected Lentivirus Packaging System into packaging cells, such as HEK293T cells to produce lentivirus. Lentivirus transduced cells can be selected by puromycin to generate stable cell lines.
