[AllCells]  Mobilized Leukopakx

 

Mobilized Leukopaks are apheresis products collected from healthy donors treated with FDA-approved drugs to stimulate the migration of CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) from the bone marrow niche into the circulation. Mobilized peripheral blood, enriched in single-donor CD34+ HSPCs is collected through leukapheresis using the Spectra Optia® Apheresis System’s continuous flow centrifugal technology. The ease of collection and high yield of single-donor CD34+ cells is a major advantage to researchers to gain experimental consistency and scalability.

AllCells is the industry leader in supplying mobilized Leukopaks with the shortest lead time on the market. We have six different mobilization regimens available using G-CSF (Neupogen®), plerixafor (Mozobil®), or a combination of the two drugs as well as CD34+ cells isolated from mobilized Leukopaks.

  • Whole Mobilized Apheresis Tissue
  • Isolated Cells: CD34+ HSPCs

 

Whole Tissue: Healthy, consenting donors are subcutaneously injected by our qualified clinicians using the following regimen guidelines:

 

Reg F
Filgrastim (Neupogen) 10ug/kg/day x 5 days, apheresis on day 5 and 6

Reg H
Filgrastim (Neupogen) 10ug/kg/day x 5 days + Mozobil 240ug/kg/day x 2 days on day 4 and 5 (evenings), apheresis on day 5 and 6

Moz Reg A
Plerixafor (Mozobil) 240ug/kg/day x 1 day (evening), apheresis day 2 (morning); 11 hours between injection and collection

Moz Reg C
Plerixafor (Mozobil) 240ug/kg/day x 1 day (morning), apheresis day 1 (afternoon); 6 hours between injection and collection6

Moz Reg B
Plerixafor (Mozobil) 240ug/kg/day x 2 days (evenings), apheresis on day 2 and 3 (mornings); 11 hours between injection and collection

Moz Reg D
Plerixafor (Mozobil) 240ug/kg/day x 2 days (mornings), apheresis day 1 and day 2 (afternoon); 6 hours between injection and collection

 

Isolated Cells: CD34+ HSPCs isolated from any of the mobilized leukapheresis collections are available. Positive immunomagnetic separation is used where CD34+ beads bind to target cells in the heterogeneous population - CD34+ cells remain bound to the beads while unwanted cells are removed.
