Specificity:
19 analogues of 8-OHdG {guanosine (G), 7-
methyl-G, 6-SH-G, 8-bromo-G, dA, dC, dT, dI,
dU, dG, O6-methyl-dG, 8-OHdA, guanine (Gua),
O6-methyl-Gua, 8-OHGua, uric acid, Urea,
creatine, creatinine} demonstrate no crossreactivity. Only 8-sulfhydryl-G and 8-OHG
demonstrate minimal cross-reactivity (less than
1%).


Immunogen:
8-Hydroxy-2’-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG)
conjugated keyhole limpet hemocyanin.


Ig Isotype:
Mouse IgG1/κ
Reconstitution:
20 µg: reconstitute with 200 µL of distilled water.
100 µg: reconstitute with 1,000 µL of distilled
water.


Format:
Lyophilized Powder. Monoclonal antibody at 100
µg/mL in 10 mM PBS, pH 7.4, containing protein
stabilizer. Prepared as ascite, and ammonium
sulfate purified.


Storage:
Store at less than -20°C. After reconstitution,
store as frozen aliquots. Avoid repeated
freeze/thaw cycles.


Applications and Suggested Dilutions:
ELISA
Immunohistochemistry: Recommended
concentration: 5-10 µg/mL
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
